Signing in
Graftport uses email + password authentication. Open the app, enter the email your tenant admin invited, and set a password on first sign-in.
If you haven’t been invited yet, ask your tenant admin to add you — there is no public sign-up.
During the closed beta
Graftport is in closed beta. Creating a brand-new workspace requires a beta invitation code that we send when sales scopes your migration. The code only matters at workspace creation: once your tenant exists, admins invite the rest of the team the usual way and joiners don’t need a code.
Don’t have one yet? Talk to sales and we’ll send a code together with the proposal.
Tenants
Every user belongs to exactly one tenant. A tenant owns:
- Its migrations and their mappings, runs, and credentials.
- Its mapping template forks.
- Its billing relationship.
You can never see another tenant’s migrations or data. Mapping templates marked global are shared across tenants as read-only seeds — if you fork one, the fork lives inside your tenant.
Roles
For now every member of a tenant has the same level of access: full read and write on everything in the tenant. Per-user role separation is on the roadmap; until then, treat tenant membership as full trust.
Switching merchants
There’s no merchant switcher — each merchant is its own migration inside your tenant. Use the Migrations list as your home page; favorite the ones you’re actively working on by pinning them in the URL bar.
