Source platforms

Six source platforms are supported today, plus a file-only option for stores that can’t be connected; one more platform is on the roadmap. Scannet, Dandomain (classic), and HostedShop are all backed by the same HostedShop engine — pick whichever brand matches your shop and follow the HostedShop guide for the shared setup steps.

Each platform page covers:

  1. Credentials — what to gather before you start.
  2. Required permissions — the minimum roles or scopes the credential needs to read everything Graftport will extract.
  3. Quirks — known data shapes, gotchas, and rate-limit behavior the worker handles.

If you need a source that isn’t listed, contact the Graftport team with the platform name and approximate catalog size — that drives the prioritization.
